perfect location fresh fruit
I found the location perfect. It was next door to a historical landmark. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. the breakfast offered plentiful choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

comfortable bed friendly staff tasty choices
i found the room spacious and quite comfortable the beautiful chandelier added a special touch. the bed was large and felt comfortable i slept soundly each night. breakfast offered many tasty choices and the eggs were cooked perfectly to order by the friendly staff
the insonorisation was poor and i could hear some noises at different times

historic charm in a perfect location
central location helpful staff
the location was superb steps from st stephen's cathedral and other attractions were easily accessible by foot the breakfast included tasty and varied selections i found the staff were helpful and pleasant i especially appreciated the concierge finding opera tickets

adequate stay but some issues encountered
uncomfortable bed smaller room
i was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the bed was quite uncomfortable i could feel the springs. also the room i had didn't quite match the pictures i saw online it was smaller and darker than expected. the staff were polite but didn't resolve my issues effectively. i hoped for a better experience considering the cost

comfortable room chocolate treat delicious buffet
i had a fantastic time in a beautiful large comfortable room i even received chocolates on pillows each evening what a treat the breakfast buffet was delicious too providing many options to choose from everything was so good
i found the bar and lounge area a little too quiet for my preference.

the breakfast included many options it made mornings easier there were plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner offering diverse culinary experiences the hotel's bar and lounge offered a refined atmosphere for relaxation.
